Where is The Hub located?
The Hub is located on the upper floor of the Bryan University Center on Duke’s West Campus. Contact The Hub by phone at 919-660-1768.

What are The Hub’s hours of operation?
The Hub is open Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm.

How do I purchase tickets from The Hub?
To purchase tickets, visit The Hub Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm. We accept cash or Flex points on your Duke University Student ID. We do not accept credit cards or checks.

What is the return policy for tickets that I cannot use?
The Hub adheres to a strict “no returns” policy.

I am not currently enrolled as a student at Duke. May I participate?
The Hub’s services are available only to Duke undergraduate, graduate and professional students who are currently enrolled full-time. Staff, faculty, alumni and community members are not eligible for the program.

Does The Hub provide transportation to events?
On occasion, The Hub will provide transportation to events; however, if it is not clearly stated that transportation is provided, it is assumed that the ticket holder will provide his or her own transportation to and from an event.
